Introduction
Displaying dispatcher contact information on loads helps carriers reach the right person faster. When the correct contact is visible on load details, it reduces back-and-forth, prevents calls going to the wrong team, and helps keep booking and pickup coordination moving smoothly.
This article explains why dispatcher contact information matters, how to enable it in Shipper TMS, and where carriers will see it across Super Dispatch.
