How to Display a User's Contact Information to a Carrier

    Introduction

    In Shipper TMS, you can show a dispatcher's contact information to carriers instead of your company's. When carriers see the right name, email, and phone number on a load, they reach the right person faster, with less back-and-forth.

    Why Display Dispatcher Contact Information?

    When carriers can see the dispatcher's name, email, and phone number, they can contact that person directly for updates, questions, and pickup coordination. That means fewer calls to the wrong team and faster booking.

    How to Display a User's Contact Information

    Step 1: Open Manage Users

    • Log in to Shipper TMS.

    • Click your account name in the lower-left corner and select Manage Users.

    Step 2: Add or Edit a User

    • Click Add User in the upper-right corner, or select an existing user to edit.

    • Enter or confirm the user's First Name, Last Name, Email, and Phone, along with their username, password, and user role.

    Step 3: Turn On Display User Contact Info to Carriers

    • Check Display user contact info to carriers. Carriers will then see this user's contact info instead of your company's on the Super Loadboard, in Carrier TMS, and on dispatch sheets.
    • Click Save.

    Where Carriers See the Contact Information

    Where What carriers see
    Load details on the Super Loadboard The user's name, email, and phone number.
    Load offer page The user's contact details, so carriers can coordinate directly.
    Loads list in Carrier TMS The contact for each load, without opening it.
    Load details page in Carrier TMS The user's contact details for pickup, transit, and delivery.
    Dispatch sheet The user's contact details, so drivers and dispatchers have them on hand.

    Benefits

    • Better communication: Carriers reach the right dispatcher without going through the wrong team.

    • Fewer mix-ups: Clear ownership of each load reduces confusion during pickup, delivery, and problem solving.
