How to Sign Up for Carrier TMS

    Introduction

    Auto haulers and fleet carriers can sign up for Carrier TMS in a few minutes. If your company has an active USDOT number, follow the steps below. If you don't have one, see the section at the end.

    Note: Joining a carrier that already uses Super Dispatch? Ask your account admin to invite you instead of signing up.

    How to Sign Up With a USDOT Number

    Step 1: Start Sign-Up

    Step 2: Create Your Account

    • Enter your email address and create a password. It must have at least 8 characters, uppercase and lowercase letters, a number, and a special character.
    • Click Continue.

    Step 3: Confirm Your Email

    • Enter the 6-digit code sent to your email and click Continue.
    • Didn't get it? Check your spam folder or click Resend code.

    Step 4: Enter Your Contact Info

    • Enter your country, company name, first and last name, and phone number.
    • Optionally, check the box to get SMS and email updates from Super Dispatch.
    • Click Continue.

    Step 5: Add Additional Info

    • Select your role: Dispatcher, Fleet Manager, Owner, Billing, Driver, or Other.
    • Choose how many drivers your company manages and, optionally, how you heard about us.
    • Click Continue.

    Step 6: Verify Your USDOT Number

    • Enter your USDOT number and click Verify.
    • Super Dispatch pulls your company information from the FMCSA SAFER database. Review it, then click Continue to finish creating your account.

    Signing Up Without a USDOT Number

    If your business operates without a USDOT number, the Super Dispatch team can create your account for you. Email support@superdispatch.com with:

    • Company name
    • Company owner, plus the owner's email and phone number
    • Account admin, if different from the owner
    • Business information, such as address, phone number, and years in business
