How to Sign Up for Carrier TMS

    Introduction

    Super Dispatch makes it simple for auto haulers and fleet carriers to get started with Carrier TMS. If your company has an active USDOT number, you can sign up directly using the steps below. If you do not have a USDOT number, please reach out to our Support Team for assistance with account setup.

    Step-by-Step: Sign Up with a USDOT Number

    Below, we’ll walk you through how to create your Carrier TMS account and verify your company using your USDOT number.

    Step 1: Visit SuperDispatch.com

    Open your web browser and go to https://www.superdispatch.com.

    Step 2: Select “I’m a Carrier”

    On the homepage, click “I’m a Carrier” to begin the sign-up process.

    Step 3: Click “Get Started Free”

    This launches the Carrier TMS sign-up flow.

    Step 4: Create Your Account

    Enter your email address and create a strong password, then click Continue.

    Step 5: Verify Your Email

    Check your inbox for a 6-digit verification code, enter it on the sign-up screen, and click Continue.

    Step 6: Enter Company Information

    Fill out the form with your:

    • Company Name
    • First and Last Name
    • Phone Number

    You can also check the box to receive Super Dispatch updates and promotions. Click Continue to proceed.

    Step 7: Select Your Role

    Choose your role (e.g., Owner, Dispatcher, Driver, etc.). Then, select how many drivers are in your company and optionally share how you heard about us. Click Continue when finished.

    Step 8: Enter and Verify USDOT Number

    Enter your USDOT number and click Verify. Once your company is verified, click Continue to move forward.

    Note: If your USDOT cannot be verified or your company operates without one (for example, as a tow or driveaway company), you’ll need to contact our Support Team to get help setting up your account.

    Step 9: Review and Confirm Business Information

    Super Dispatch automatically pulls your company information from the FMCSA/SAFER database. Review the details for accuracy, and if everything looks correct, click Continue to finish creating your account.

    Need to Sign Up Without a USDOT Number?

    If your business operates without a USDOT number, our team can manually create your account for you. When you reach out, please be ready to provide the following information:

    • Company Name
    • Company Owner
    • Owner Email
    • Owner Phone Number
    • Account Admin (if different from the owner)
    • Business Information — including address, phone number, years in business, and any other relevant company details
