Introduction
The Super Loadboard gives verified carriers access to thousands of loads every day. This article covers everything you need to get started — browsing and booking loads, understanding the request and offers workflow, setting up load alerts, and using advanced filters to find exactly what you need.
Requirements to Book Loads
Before you can request or book loads on Super Loadboard, your account must be verified. This ensures trust and safety across the platform.
How to Book Loads
Once verified, you can start booking loads directly through the Super Loadboard inside Carrier TMS.
Step 1: Open Super Loadboard
From the main dashboard in Carrier TMS, click Loadboard in the left-hand navigation menu.
Step 2: Browse or Search for Loads
You'll see a list of available loads. Use the search bar or filters to narrow down results by location, vehicle type, pay range, and more.
Step 3: Request or Book Now
Depending on the load, you'll see one of two booking options:
| Option | What It Does |
|---|---|
| Request | Sends an offer to the shipper for their review. The shipper must accept before the load is assigned to you. |
| Book Now | Instantly books the load without shipper approval. The load is added to your dashboard immediately. |
The Offers Tab — Tracking Your Requests
After clicking Request on a load, the shipper will review your offer and either accept or decline it. You can track the status of all your pending and responded-to requests in one place.
How to Find Your Offers
Inside Carrier TMS, click the Offers tab. This is where you'll see every load you've requested and whether the shipper has responded.
Offer Statuses
| Status | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Pending | Your request has been sent and is awaiting a response from the shipper. |
| Accepted | The shipper approved your request. The load will now appear in your active loads dashboard. |
| Declined | The shipper did not accept your offer. You can browse the Loadboard for other available loads. |
| Counter Offer | The shipper has responded with a different price or terms. Review and accept or decline the counter offer from the Offers tab. |
Using Advanced Search Filters
Advanced Search gives you full control over what loads appear in your results. Click Advanced Search at the top of the Loadboard to expand the filter panel, then adjust any of the following:
- Pickup and delivery location
- Vehicle count or type
- Inop status
- Pickup date range
- Pay range
- Payment method (e.g., SuperPay)
Hit Search to apply your filters.
Setting Up Load Alerts
Load Alerts automatically notify you when new loads match your criteria — so you don't have to check the Loadboard manually every day.
Step 1: Go to Load Alerts
Click the Load Alerts tab inside the Loadboard section of Carrier TMS.
Step 2: Create Load Alert
Click "Create Load Alert" and enter your preferred search criteria — pickup/delivery location, vehicle count, date range, price range, and more.
Step 3: Save and Get Notified
Once saved, you'll receive notifications via email or inside Carrier TMS whenever a matching load is posted.
