    • The Super Loadboard is continuously updated with new loads from verified shippers and brokers.
    • Carriers can quickly browse, filter, and instantly book loads that match their route and equipment type.

    Verified and Reliable Shippers

    Load Filtering & Search Tools

    • Find the most profitable loads using advanced filters such as:
    • Pickup and delivery locations
    • Vehicle type
    • Pay rate per mile
    • Load urgency
    • Sort by price, distance, or date to quickly identify the most valuable options.

    Shipper Filter Options

    You now have even more control over your Loadboard view with shipper filtering features. This allows you to show or hide loads based on who posted them.

    Default Behavior:

    • The Loadboard will show loads from all shippers by default.

    New Filter Options:

    • Include Specific Shippers: View loads only from the shippers you select.
    • Exclude Specific Shippers: Hide loads from selected shippers you don’t want to see.

    How Shipper Selection Works:

    • You must enter at least 3 characters to begin searching for a shipper.
    • The results will display up to 5 matching shippers, each showing the City and State from the shipper’s profile.
    • Selected shippers will appear in a list, and you can remove them individually or clear all with the “X” icon.

    Validation Rule:

    • If you select “Exclude” without adding any shippers to exclude, a validation message will appear reminding you to choose at least one shipper.

    Load Alerts and Filtering

    Your shipper filters now also apply to Load Alerts. This means:

    • You’ll only receive Load Alert notifications that match the shipper preferences you’ve set.
    • This keeps your alerts relevant and avoids clutter from unwanted load offers.

    Transparent Pricing & Payment Options

    • Super Loadboard provides clear pricing information for every load, helping you make informed decisions.
    • Many loads are eligible for SuperPay, ensuring secure and faster payments directly to your bank account.
    • View payment terms upfront to choose loads that align with your cash flow needs.

    Seamless Dispatching & Load Management

    • Assign loads to drivers directly from the loadboard through the Carrier TMS.
    • Keep track of all your booked and completed loads in one place.
    • View order status updates and streamline communication with shippers.

    How to Start Using the Super Loadboard

    Below we will walk you through How to Start Using the Super Loadboard: 

    Step 1: Log Into Your Carrier TMS

    • Open the Carrier TMS Dashboard and navigate to the Super Loadboard section.

    Step 2: Search and Filter Loads

    • Use Advanced Search to find the best loads based on location, vehicle type, and rate.

    Step 3: Book a Load

    • Click on a load to review details and payment terms.
    • If you’re a Verified Carrier, you can Instant Book (Click Me to learn more,) eligible loads.
    • Otherwise, submit an offer to the shipper or broker for approval.

    Step 4: Accept and Dispatch

    • Once a load is accepted, you can assign it to a driver and manage it through the Carrier TMS.
