Shipper Filter Options
Use shipper filtering in Advanced Search to show or hide loads based on who posted them.
Default Behavior
- The Super Loadboard shows loads from all shippers by default.
Filter Options
- Include: View loads only from the shippers you select.
- Exclude: Hide loads from the shippers you select.
- Only shippers with active postings are available to select.
How Shipper Selection Works
- You must enter at least 3 characters to begin searching for a shipper.
- The results display up to 5 matching shippers, each showing the City and State from the shipper's profile.
- Selected shippers appear in a list. You can remove them individually or clear all with the X icon.
Validation Rule
- If you select Exclude without adding any shippers, the message Select shipper to continue appears until you choose at least one shipper.
Load Alerts and Filtering
Your shipper filters also apply to Load Alerts:
- You'll only receive Load Alert notifications that match the shipper preferences you've set.
- This keeps your alerts relevant and avoids clutter from unwanted load offers.
