Contacting Support

To get in touch with Super Dispatch Support:

  • Phone: Call 816-974-7002 and choose the option that fits your question:

1 New or existing carriers with verification questions

4 Leave a voicemail
5 All other questions, or to speak with a live representative
  • Email: For less urgent questions, email support@superdispatch.com. A member of the Support team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Contacting Compliance

To get in touch with the Compliance team:

  • Phone: Call 816-974-7002 and choose option 1 for verification questions.
  • Email: For less urgent questions, email compliance@superdispatch.com. A member of the Compliance team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Contacting Sales

To get in touch with the Sales team:

  • Phone: Sales doesn't have a direct line. If you're new to Super Dispatch, submit a demo request instead.
  • Email: For less urgent questions, email sales@superdispatch.com. A member of the Sales team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Note: To change who gets subscription invoices, receipts, and failed-payment emails, an Admin can update the Subscription Contact under Settings > Subscription in Carrier TMS. Learn more in Subscription Details & Billing in Carrier TMS.
