For Owner-Operators

• Ensure you are logging in with the correct email address associated with your Super Dispatch account.
Step 2: Reset Your Password
• If you’re using the correct email but still see an “Incorrect Password” error, click on the Forgot Password? link on the Driver app login screen to reset your password.

Step 3: Contact Support (if needed)
• If you’re still unable to log in, reach out to our Support Team using the chat icon in the bottom right corner of your screen.
For Fleet Drivers
Step 1: Check Case Sensitivity
• Double-check your email and password, as they are case-sensitive. Make sure you are entering them exactly as they were created.
Step 2: Reset Your Password
• Use the Forgot Password? link on the mobile app login screen to recover your password.
