Introduction
Super Dispatch does not provide 1099 tax documents to carriers or drivers. Since Super Dispatch acts as a technology platform connecting carriers and shippers, we do not handle payments or act as a direct party to any carrier-shipper transaction. For tax purposes, carriers must work directly with the shippers or brokers they hauled loads for throughout the year.
What is a 1099 Form?
A 1099-NEC is a tax form used to report payments made to independent contractors. If you earned more than $600 from any individual shipper or broker, they are typically required to issue you a 1099 form for tax reporting purposes.
You can learn more about 1099 forms on the IRS website here: Independent Contractor (Self-Employed) or Employee?

How to Obtain Your 1099 Tax Information
Contact Each Shipper or Broker
- You must reach out to each shipper or broker you worked with to request your 1099 tax forms.
- Super Dispatch does not issue 1099s because all payments are arranged and processed between the shipper and the carrier directly.
- If you were paid by multiple brokers or shippers, you will need to contact each of them individually for your tax documentation.
