How to Disable Attaching BOLs to Invoices in Carrier TMS

    By default, Carrier TMS attaches the Bill of Lading (BOL) to every outgoing invoice. If you don't want BOLs attached automatically, you can disable this from your account settings.

    How to Disable BOL Attachments on Invoices

    Step 1: Go to Settings

    Log into Carrier TMS, then click your Profile Icon in the bottom-left corner and select Settings.

    Step 2: Open the Billing Tab

    Inside Settings, click the Billing tab to view invoice preferences.

    Step 3: Turn Off "Attach BOL to Invoice"

    Find the Attach BOL to invoice toggle and switch it off. BOLs will no longer be attached to future invoices automatically.
