Why can't I request a load?

    Introduction

    When you’re unable to request a load, it can be frustrating and confusing, especially when you’re ready to hit the road and start moving. Several factors might be preventing you from requesting a load, such as Carrier Verification status, or not meeting the Shipper’s specific requirements. Understanding these common roadblocks can help you resolve the issue quickly and get back on track.

    In this article, we’ll dive into the most frequent causes of this problem and offer solutions to help you navigate these challenges efficiently. Whether it’s related to your account status, verification process, load availability, or shipper qualifications, we’ve got all the details you need!

    Carrier Verification

    The first thing that may prevent you from requesting loads is your Carrier Verification status. If your profile isn’t verified, you may be restricted from the loadboard, as verification ensures you meet essential insurance and compliance requirements. Completing this process unlocks full access to request loads.

    The photos below will serve as a helpful reference to determine if your Carrier Verification status has been revoked or if you are not currently verified. By reviewing these images, you'll be able to quickly identify whether your account is restricted due to verification issues and take the necessary steps to resolve it. Be sure to check for any specific indicators shown in the examples provided.

    Example 1: Not Currently Verified

    In this photo we can see that the account is currently not verified. Which would restrict you as the Carrier from requesting loads off our loadboard.

    Example 2: Don't Meet Shipper Requirements

    The photo below will show if you don't currently meet the shipper's requirements. Unfortunately, Super Dispatch doesn't have access to or know the specific details of those requirements. If you'd like to learn more, you can click on the shipper's name to view their requirements or use the listed phone number or email (if provided) to contact the shipper directly for further information.

    • Click the shippers name to view their profile.

     

    • You can review the Shipper Requirements on their profile page as seen below.

    Note: Again, Super Dispatch does not have any control over these Requirements from 
    the Shipper. If you have any questions you should contact them directly. You can view 
    their contact details right above the Shipper Requirements under Contact Info.
