Introduction
The Settings page in Carrier TMS is your one-stop location for managing company details, billing, notifications, and more. This guide will walk you through each section of the Settings page to help you personalize and optimize your Super Dispatch account.
Accessing the Settings Page
To access the Settings page, click your business name in the lower left corner. This will open a menu with Settings and a range of tabs to personalize your Super Dispatch account.
Carrier Profile
In the Carrier Profile tab, you can manage key company details, such as:
Company location
Company logo (for BOLs and invoices)
Company contact information
Terms and Conditions
General Settings
The General Settings tab includes BOL and invoice information, including:
BOL Template: Choose your BOL template and enable “Multiple Unit BOL” if needed.
Initial Load ID: Set the starting number for your Load ID sequence.
Dispatch Email: Enter the email that receives dispatch sheets from compatible brokers.

Terminals
In the Terminals tab, you can add or remove commonly used terminals to streamline load management.

Driver App
The Driver App tab allows you to manage driver-specific settings, such as:
Fleet Mode: Enable or disable Fleet Mode.
Customer Not Available: Control whether drivers can mark “Customer Not Available” for BOL signatures at pickup or drop-off.

Billing
The Billing tab consolidates all billing settings in one place. Here, you can:
Attach BOLs to invoices.
Include pickup and delivery dates on invoices and BOLs.
Enter an email to be copied on all customer invoices.
QuickBooks Integration
In the QuickBooks Integration tab, you can link Super Dispatch with QuickBooks to simplify record-keeping and sync invoices.

Subscription Details
The Subscription Details tab provides an overview of your account plan, including:
Current subscription type.
Number of active drivers and dispatchers.
Total subscription price.
Credit card details (view and update information.)

Notification Emails
In the Notification Emails tab, you can set up email notifications for order status changes and BOL deliveries:
Notification Emails: Receives status updates for pickup and delivery. Enter multiple emails separated by commas, without spaces.
Delivery Confirmation Emails: Receives a copy of the BOL (not the invoice) sent by the driver or dashboard. Enter multiple emails separated by commas, without spaces.

Loadboard Notifications
The Loadboard Notifications tab allows you to manage where Super Loadboard alerts are sent. Customize this area with specific phone numbers or email addresses to receive notifications.
