The Can Instantly Book feature helps speed up booking by allowing approved carriers to book your loads directly from the Super Loadboard, without needing an extra approval step from your team. This can reduce back-and-forth, limit negotiation time, and help you move vehicles faster when you already trust the carrier you're working with.

What Is "Can Instantly Book"?

Can Instantly Book is a setting you can enable on a carrier's profile. When it's enabled, that carrier can book eligible loads directly from the Super Loadboard without waiting for manual approval from the shipper.

How to Mark a Carrier as "Can Instantly Book"

Step 1: Open Manage Carriers

1. Log in to Shipper TMS.
2. From the left-hand navigation, click Manage Carriers.

Step 2: Find the Carrier

1. Use the search bar to find the carrier.
2. Search using the carrier's USDOT number, company name, or email address.
3. Select the carrier from the results to open their profile.

Step 3: Edit the Carrier's Internal Records

1. In the carrier's profile, locate the Internal Records section.
2. Hover over the section and click the Edit (pencil) icon.

Step 4: Set Carrier Status to Approved and Enable Instant Booking

1. In the Carrier Status dropdown, change the status from Default to Approved.
2. After the status is set to Approved, locate the Can Instantly Book checkbox.
3. Check Can Instantly Book to enable instant booking for this carrier.

Step 5: Save Changes

1. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
2. Click Save.
