Introduction
Every shipper has unique requirements for carriers, whether it’s specific documentation, insurance, or other criteria. Clear communication of these requirements ensures a smoother booking process, minimizes confusion, and reduces unnecessary phone calls. By listing your Carrier Requirements in Shipper TMS, you make it easier for carriers to meet your expectations and proactively provide the necessary information.
Why Add Carrier Requirements?
Adding Carrier Requirements to your Super Loadboard listings has several benefits:
- Faster Booking Process: Carriers know what’s needed upfront, which speeds up the approval process.
- Improved Communication: Clear requirements reduce phone calls and questions from carriers.
- Higher Quality Requests: Carriers that meet your criteria are more likely to submit accurate and complete requests.
Where Are Carrier Requirements Displayed?
In the Load Details on the Super Loadboard
When carriers browse your loads on the Super Loadboard, they can view the Shipper Requirements section in the Load Details. This ensures carriers are fully aware of what’s expected before submitting a request.

In the Shipper Profile
Carrier Requirements are also displayed in your Shipper Profile. This provides carriers with a comprehensive overview of your expectations and policies, helping them prepare for future load requests.
