Introduction
The Super Loadboard gives verified carriers access to thousands of loads every day. This article explains how to find and book loads in Carrier TMS, track offers, use advanced filters, and set up load alerts.
Requirements to Book Loads
Your carrier account must be verified before you can request or book loads on the Super Loadboard.
How to Find and Book Loads
Step 1: Open the Super Loadboard
- In Carrier TMS, click Loadboard at the top of the left-hand menu.
Step 2: Browse or Search for Loads
- Use the search bar or filters to narrow the list by location, vehicle type, pay, and more.
- Loads marked Suggested by Shipper were recommended to you by the shipper. Unlike automatic suggestions, this means the shipper wants to work with you. You'll find them in Suggested in the left-hand menu.
Step 3: Request or Book the Load
Depending on the load, you'll see one of two options:
| Option | What It Does |
|---|---|
| Request | Sends a request to the shipper. The shipper must accept it before the load is assigned to you. |
| Book Now | Books the load right away without shipper approval. The load is added to your loads immediately. |
Step 4: Check Nearby Loads From the Same Shipper
When you open a load, you may also see other loads from the same shipper with pickup and delivery locations within 50 miles. This makes it easy to book compatible runs together.
Tracking Requests and Offers
After you request a load, the shipper accepts or declines it. Shippers can also send you load offers directly.
Open Load Offers
- In Carrier TMS, click Offers in the left-hand menu to open the Load Offers panel.
Accept or Decline an Offer
- Review the offer's price, payment terms, route, and vehicles, then click Accept or Decline.
Offer Statuses
| Status | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Pending | Your request was sent and is waiting for the shipper. |
| Accepted | The shipper approved your request. The load now appears in your loads. |
| Declined | The shipper didn't accept your request. Browse the Loadboard for other loads. |
| Counter Offer | The shipper replied with a different price or terms. Accept or decline it. |
Using Advanced Search
Click Advanced Search at the top of the Loadboard to open the filter panel. You can filter by:
- Pickup and delivery location
- Vehicle type, condition (including inop), and number of vehicles
- Pickup date range
- Pay range
- Payment method, such as SuperPay
Click Search to apply your filters.
Setting Up Load Alerts
Load alerts let you know when new loads match your criteria, so you don't have to keep checking the Loadboard.
Step 1: Find Load Alerts
- On the Super Loadboard, find the Load Alerts section in the left-hand panel, below your saved, requested, booked, and suggested loads.
Step 2: Create a Load Alert
- Click Create Load Alert and enter your search criteria, such as pickup and delivery locations, vehicle count, dates, and price.
Step 3: Save and Get Notified
- Save the alert. You'll be notified by email or in Carrier TMS whenever a matching load is posted.
