Welcome to Super Dispatch! If you’ve uploaded your first attachment and are now looking to include these in your Bill of Lading (BOL), you’re in the right place. Adding attachments to your BOL is an essential step for sharing important documents alongside your load information. Below, we’ll walk you through the process.
How to Add Attachments to a Bill of Lading (BOL)
Follow the steps below to include attachments in your BOL:
Step 1: Select the Load

Navigate to the load for which you want to send a BOL.

Step 2: Open the BOL Options

Click the BOL button located at the top right corner of the screen.

Step 3: Include Attachments

Tap on the Include Attachments button in the center of the screen.

Step 4: Choose Attachments

Check the box next to any attachments you want to include in the BOL.

Step 5: Confirm Selections

Click the Done button at the bottom of the screen to confirm your selected attachments.

Step 6: Add Recipient Email

Enter the email address of the recipient to whom the BOL and attachments will be sent.
Step 7: Send the BOL

Click the Send BOL button to finalize and send the BOL along with your selected attachments.

What to Do if the BOL Does Not Send
If the BOL doesn’t send successfully:

Double-check that all necessary fields have been completed, including the recipient’s email address.
