Introduction
To mark a load as Picked Up or Delivered in the Super Dispatch Driver App, you finish the inspection by collecting a signature. The signature confirms the inspection and serves as proof of pickup or delivery. When you can't get a signature, you can mark the customer as not available, or deliver the vehicle as Subject to Inspection (STI).
How to Add a Customer Signature
Step 1: Tap Add Customer Signature
- On the Pickup Signature or Delivery Signature screen, tap Add Customer Signature.
Step 2: Let the Customer Review the Inspection
- At the top of the Customer Signature screen, tap Review Inspection so the customer can check the inspection details.
Step 3: Collect the Customer's Signature
- Have the customer enter their Full Name and sign in the signature box.
Step 4: Tap Save
- Tap Save in the upper-right corner to save the signature.
How to Mark as Customer Not Available
Use this option when you can't get a signature because the customer isn't there, such as a night drop or when no authorized representative is available.
Note: This option only appears if Customer not Available button is turned on in the Driver App
settings in Carrier TMS. See How to Turn STI and Customer Not Available On or Off in Carrier TMS below.
Step 1: Tap Mark as Customer Not Available

Step 2: Confirm Your Selection

Step 2: Tap Mark as STI During Delivery
